Caroline started her professional career as a nurse, and then reasonably quickly moved into HR and Organisational Development. She has worked for the Department of Health, Ministry of Defence, Scottish Executive Health Department, a range of NHS providers and at Board level leading workforce development and implementing new service improvements. Prior to her current role as Regional Director of Workforce and Organisational Development in the South East for NHS England / NHS Improvement, she was Director of Organisational Effectiveness for the NHS provider regulator and improvement agency and an Executive / Senior Manager Coach which she continues to do when appropriate. Key areas of strength are leading strategies focussed on staff engagement, inclusion, leadership development and wellbeing. The breadth and depth of her skill and experience allows her to work across health, other aspects of public and third sector organisations, and in some commercial settings. Her goals are always to unlock the potential in others to ensure they can maximise their impact to their own and others benefit.
